Não, nenhum dado das suas conversas ou medias ficam armazenadas definitivamente no seu computador. Toda vez que vc fecha o WhatsWeb os dados são apagados. (Ao menos na atual versão do APP).

É mais ou menos assim, Vc pega seu telefone, abre o Whats manda mensagem, seu whats se conecta com o servidor, envia sua mensagem e o servidor entrega ao destinatário.
Isso quando vc envia mensagem a partir do telefone. 

Quando vc se conecta a partir do seu computador, seu computador primeiro se conecta ao seu telefone, vc envia a mensagem através do computador, ele envia para o telefone e o telefone envia para o servidor que entrega ao destinatário. 

Parece meio idiota né?...kkkkk... Mas isso é uma estratégia de privacidade e segurança. Isso garante que vc use uma única ID para suas conversas, essa ID é associada ao seu numero de celular e seu hardware, no caso o telefone, por isso toda sua conversa passa pelo seu telefone.

Já percebeu q vc não consegue usar o WhatsWeb se seu telefone estiver desligado ou desconectado? Já viu q vc não consegue usar o mesmo contato de Whats em dois telefones diferentes?

Por isso não existem e nem justifica deixar rastros de sua conversa no computador, o que existe é um cash temporário q é apagado assim q o APP é fechado.

Mas isso não impede que outros programas maliciosos interceptem sua conversas secretas no computado se essa é sua preocupação...kkkkk...

I don't like using Whatsapp. I don't feel very comfortable. pacman 30th anniversary
