Net Framework dando erro: como resolver?

O Net Framework está dando erro no meu PC. Recentemente instalei um programa no meu computador e esta dando erro, algo com o net framework. Ja tentei atualizar o windows e tudo mais, porém ate agora não resolveu e nem consegui encontrar a solução. Irei colocar os detalhes abaixo:

Instala a ultima versão do .Net Framework:
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework
Geralmente a ultima versão é compativel com as versões anteriores, porem alguns programas mal feitos exigem versões especificas, Então verifica no site do programa se existe alguma exigencia de Versão do .Net Framework.
