- Antes da confirmação do restaurante: até cinco minutos;
- Se a refeição não começou a ser preparada: até cinco minutos;
- Se o pedido ainda estiver sendo preparado: é preciso entrar em contato com o estabelecimento para saber em que etapa o pedido está e se ainda é possível descartá-lo. Assim, o restaurante pode escolher aceitar ou recusar o cancelamento;
- Se demorar para entregar, acima do tempo estimado pelo app: tente entrar em contato com o restaurante. Se não receber informações do estabelecimento, entre em contato com o atendimento ao cliente do iFood e forneça o número do pedido, o restaurante e o tempo de espera.
- Se o pedido vier errado ou com itens faltando: você pode optar por fazer um novo pedido, negociar ou desistir e notificar o estabelecimento. O prazo é de até 48 horas.

I usually try to cancel right after placing the order if something feels off especially if I rushed through checking the kfc meny pris and picked the wrong item by mistake.
