Olá, @VFra164! Tudo bem?

Beijo!

If you're having trouble changing the password on your Samsung Galaxy Book 2, here are a few steps you can try depending on whether it's a Windows password, a Samsung account password, or a BIOS/firmware password:

###### 1. **Windows Password**

   - **Via Settings:**

     1. Click on the **Start** menu and go to **Settings**.

     2. Select **Accounts**.

     3. Click on **Sign-in options**.

     4. Under the **Password** section, select **Change**.

     5. Enter your current password, then follow the prompts to create a new one.

   - **Via Ctrl+Alt+Delete:**

     1. Press `Ctrl + Alt + Delete`.

     2. Select **Change a password**.

     3. Enter your current password and then your new password.

###### 2. **Microsoft Account Password**

   - If your Windows account is linked to a Microsoft account:

     1. Go to [[Url removida pelo TechTudo]](https://[Url removida pelo TechTudo]).

     2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.

     3. Under **Security**, choose **Password security** and follow the prompts to change your password.

###### 3. **Samsung Account Password**

   - If it's a Samsung account password:

     1. Visit [[Url removida pelo TechTudo]](https://[Url removida pelo TechTudo]).

     2. Sign in and navigate to **My Account**.

     3. Go to **Profile** and select **Change password**.

###### 4. **BIOS/Firmware Password**

   - If you need to change a BIOS password:

     1. Restart your laptop and press the appropriate key (usually `F2`, `DEL`, or `ESC`) to enter BIOS settings.

     2. Look for a section like **Security** or **Passwords**.

     3. Follow the instructions to change the BIOS password.

If none of these methods work or if you encounter an error, it might be helpful to check if there’s a specific issue with your device or operating system version. Additionally, some security settings or updates might restrict password changes, so ensuring your system is up-to-date can also help.
