As minhas fotos sumiram do meu aplicativo Youcam makeup

Oi eu tenho o aplicativo do you cam makeup,instalado no meu celular.
E eu fui olhar agora a maioria das minhas fotos sumiram do meu aplicativo. Eu tinha 281 fotos agora só 42 fotos.
E eu não exclui nenhuma foto, simplesmente as fotos sumiram.
Alguém poderia me ajudar por favor.
Que eu saiba as fotos ficam salvas em backup conectado ao e-mail??
