The mobile trading game, MapleStory Blitz, has been upgraded with brand new content, this time featuring Zakum's Altar, which adds all new dungeons and additional collectible cards to the game. South Korean publisher and developer Nexon announced that there are now 36 first cards inserted to Maplestory Mesos Blitz. These cards can only be found from the brand new dungeon areas, so gamers will be forced to explore and battle their way to obtaining the nascent content.

In addition to the cards and the dungeon, there is also news that Nexon has shortened the rated match season from 1 month all the way down to two weeks. They do not say why they changed it, but I imagine kids with short attention spans are more likely to participate in the seasonal challenges when they're shorter compared to if they were more. I mean that they haveta keep the kiddies pouring cash into the cash shops, right? Outside of the dungeons there are also some new events and challenges for regular play.

To help players adapt to the new cards and also get familiar with the new strategies, there are some new battle guides to help players formulate tactical strategies against PvE and PvP competitions. The community likes some of the new features but they absolutely hate the new Zakum dungeon given that they've complained that because of the constant lag it has made it really difficult to finish the dungeon.

Nexon has suggested individuals to restart the program and close out other programs to reduce the possible lag during play or to get customer support. The sport seems to be quite popular with the Southeast Asians, but that is probably because that's where Nexon was focusing on their efforts.

We remember that in 2013, Nexon declared the growth of MapleStory 2 and South Korea, the revelation didn't start indifferent since the first opus is well known - in 2014, the game was in the top 10 MMO the most rewarding, eight years after its launch.

For the album MapleStory 2 takes again the esthetics and the codes of this first opus, but transposed now on earth in simili 3D (in place of this side-scrolling of the first MapleStory). This new episode occurs in precisely the exact same universe as the first, but in a previous period and facing players with dark forces: according to this plot of the new album, the life, time and space of the entire world of MS2 Mesos are maintained by three Sages, but the forces of darkness disturb this equilibrium and the players might have to mobilize to remedy it.
